Rosario received her Masters in Arts & Cultural Management from University King’s College London.

She has dedicated her professional career to the production and financing of cultural projects in public and private organizations throughout the UK and Latin America.

Presently, Rosario work at the Institute of Fundraising as the Coordinator for RAISE: Arts, Culture & Heritage, a programme financed by Arts Council England.

Moreover, Rosario participated in the development of the Xacara’s ResiliArt conference as part of the UNESCO movement where she shared her work during the outbreak of the pandemic (2020).
